Winning the Cancer Stem Cells Challenge
Cancer stem cells are resistant to chemotherapy, they persist throughout treatment and can spread and restart tumor growth. They are the reason that cancers come back after remission. Recent research shows that some plant extracts already well-known for their broad-spectrum anticancer activity and lack of toxicity are also active specifically against ovarian and pancreatic cancer stem cells. This natural approach is therefore effective against both mainstream cancer cells and cancer stem cells.
